Construction Manager
The Construction Manager will bring a servant-leadership style and hold bottom-line accountability for construction operations for projects totaling at least $50M. They will manage work acquisition, projects, and teams while shaping strategy and processes in close collaboration with the COO. Success requires a balance of construction operational rigor, financial acumen, and people development.

Desired Experience
15 years of commercial construction experience with at least 5 years in a progressive construction manager/project executive role (preferably at firms > $300M in revenue).
Proven executive-level leadership, financial acumen, and organizational development experience.
Operational construction experience leading large scale projects of at least $30M.
Ideal industry sector experience within office, hospitality, higher education, laboratories, community buildings, municipal, and/or multifamily.

Financial & Benefits
Base salary ($205,000 - $230,000) plus an annual bonus.
