Preconstruction Manager

Z3Talent is partnering with a Colorado electrical contractor that is seeking a senior-level Preconstruction Manager to help drive client relationships, business development, and strategic project pursuits across the region. This highly visible leadership role will partner closely with estimators, operations, and executive leadership to lead pursuits from initial client engagement through project award while helping shape the company’s long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong electrical construction expertise, client-facing leadership skills, and a proven ability to win and manage negotiated, design-assist, and design-build opportunities. This position offers significant leadership growth potential as the organization continues to expand. Base Salary: $180,000+ plus bonus, commensurate with experience.
