Spyder Construction is growing, and we’re looking for a Mitigation Lead to take charge of field operations for emergency response and damage mitigation projects. If you’re skilled in restoration work, thrive under pressure, and know how to rally a team, this is your chance to lead critical projects that make a direct difference for our clients.

Pay Range: $32 – $36 / hour + performance bonuses
Full-Time | Field-Based | Colorado

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Response – Jump in when disaster strikes: water, fire, mold, or storm events. You’ll oversee field teams, assign tasks, and ensure jobs are executed to the highest standard.

  • Work Hands-On – Perform skilled labor including demolition, water extraction, fire mitigation, mold remediation, and site cleanup.

  • Keep Projects on Track – Document progress with photos, notes, and time tracking. Spot and report changes, challenges, or risks.

  • Prioritize Safety – Enforce OSHA and company safety policies, making sure your crew is equipped and protected.

  • Build Relationships – Communicate clearly with management and provide compassionate service to clients facing stressful situations.

  • Adhere to employee expectations

  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years in construction, restoration, or a related field, including experience supervising others.

  • Technical training and certifications preferred (IICRC WRT, FSRT, AMRT).

  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Strength and grit: able to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and handle physically demanding work.

  • Flexibility to respond to emergency calls, including nights and weekends.
