Vice President of Sales

The Opportunity

We're looking for a hunter who's also a builder. Someone who wins deals, then figures out how to win more of them faster and at scale. If you've spent your career optimizing someone else's playbook, this isn't your role. But if you've walked into broken or underperforming sales organizations and left them unrecognizable, keep reading.

This is a seat on our Leadership Team. You'll own revenue strategy, shape company direction, and build the kind of sales culture that top performers fight to be part of. No ceiling. No hand-holding. Real authority.

What You'll Own

Win Markets

  • Personally close high-value, complex deals and set the standard for what elite looks like

  • Drive aggressive pipeline growth through new strategies, new channels, and new thinking

  • Open doors at the executive level that others can't

Build a Winning Team

  • Identify and develop elite performers

  • Use behavioral data to build a team composition that's wired to win

  • Create a culture of ownership, grit, and accountability where top performers thrive and mediocrity doesn't survive

Shape the Business

  • Redesign compensation, CRM, and sales infrastructure the way you think it should be done

  • Contribute to company-wide strategy as a core member of the Leadership Team

  • Architect a best-in-class sales organization that becomes a competitive advantage

Who You Are

You're a proven competitor. You've carried a bag, crushed it, and then you figured out how to get others to do the same. You make fast, confident decisions. You're energized by autonomy and high stakes, not slowed down by them. You see ambiguity as an opening, not a problem.

You probably:

  • Have 7-10+ years in progressive sales roles, including 3-5 years leading teams

  • Have personal sales wins that are as impressive as your leadership track record

  • Have experience in commercial B2B services, restoration, reconstruction, or related industries (preferred, not required)

  • Know your way around pipeline management, forecasting, and sales technology (and have opinions about how to do it better)

  • Have walked into a sales organization and made it significantly better

Why This Is Different

Most VP of Sales roles are really "VP of Maintaining What We Have." This isn't that. We have a strong foundation and a genuine appetite for growth. You'll have real decision-making authority over team composition, compensation structure, CRM, and go-to-market strategy, not just input.

We're building enterprise value over the long term. If you want to plant a flag and build something that reflects your vision of what great sales looks like, this is the opportunity.

Compensation

  • $200,000 – $215,000 base

  • Uncapped team performance commission tied to gross margin

  • Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with 4% match, PTO

We're authentic, gritty, and we deliver. Top performers thrive here because we reward results and get out of your way. If that sounds like your environment, let's talk.

As part of our process, we use a brief workplace behaviors survey to help us understand how you're wired. It takes about 10 minutes and there are no right or wrong answers — we use it to make sure we're placing the right people in the right roles.
